Carried Over Chore Disappears From Today View When Completed (CHORE-1)

Problem Behavior

When a chore has carried over from a previous date, and is marked as completed. The timestamp is indicated as the current date for completion, but does not maintain the chore for display on carried over date.

Steps Taken to View Issue

Set a chore that is due on Tuesday, do not complete the chore.
On Wednesday, the chore is carried over as incomplete.
Mark the chore as completed.
Note that the chore disappears from the current day's list.
