Renamed the Configuration tab in Settings to System to better align with the context of other settings sections (Chores, Members, System). This improves clarity by matching the tab label with the type of actions it contains. The form button label remains Save Configuration since it best describes the action performed, though this may be revisited in a future update. Fixes CHORE-14.

To ensure clarity in sandbox/pre-build environments, instead of "Version Unknown", a "Chore Manager Pre-Build Sandbox" indication has been added.

The project name indicated in the Sandbox banner stated Chore Scheduler. This has been updated to Chore Manager for consistency across the app.

Introduced a comprehensive readme.md for Chore Manager, including project overview, installation instructions (Docker and bare-metal PHP), configuration notes, licensing, and contribution details.
